After childhood facial surgery, Louise had always felt in adult life that her face was flat and her nose undefined. She disliked the lack of fullness in her cheeks and the definition of her nose was not as she wished for. Having completed her family she now felt it was a good time for her to address this long-standing concern with her facial appearance.
After much discussion, Louise underwent reconstructive rhinoplasty surgery with facial augmentation. Cartilage grafts from within her nose were used to improve the definition and projection of her nose with the added benefit of improving her nasal breathing. Cheek implants were used to enhance her mid-facial volume and give harmony between her mid- and lower face.
Two years on, Louise has a stable improved facial appearance and is more confident about her appearance, both in photographs and in person.
