Based in Headington, East Oxford, the Churchill Hospital is the home of the Oxford Cancer Centre, and is a centre of excellence for cancer services. Mr Gore carries out complex reconstructive surgery in the Churchill Hospital and its specialist theatre facilities and nursing staff permit the highest levels of reconstructive surgery care. Mr. Gore hosts the weekly regional skin cancer meeting from his location in collaboration with his oncology, dermatology, plastic surgery and nursing colleagues.

Planning your visit: If you are travelling by car, you can get onto the M40 Junction 8 or 8a, take the A40 then A420 to Headington Centre and follow the signs to the hospital. There are patient and visitor car parks at the Churchill Hospital and normal charges apply. The visitor and patient parking is at the main entrance, where there is free motorcycle parking, as well as directly outside the Oxford Cancer Centre (car parks 1 and 2).

There is also a Park & Ride service, with buses stopping on Roosevelt Drive, a short distance from the main entrance. As there is no on-street parking near the hospital, this can be an ideal option, especially on busy days.

Public transport: If you are taking public transport, you can take a bus from Oxford City Centre to the hospital. Use Traveline to plan your journey and ensure you get up-to-date bus timetables.
